Villamartin is situated about 10kms from the town of Torrevieja and is a beach and golf resort.
Facilities include tennis, bowling, go-carting and watersports.

The Plaza, which is about a kilometre away, has numerous ‘child friendly’ restaurants, bars and shopping facilities together with a hair salon, dentist and doctor’s surgery.

The residential area of Villamartin was developed around the 18 hole PGA golf course.
